We specialize in the development of automated self-service kiosks. In 2019, one of our projects was included in the Guinness World Records as the “Largest Dispensing Point in the World at a Single Location.” We presented a hardware-software complex with 1182 compartments.

What you will do:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Actively source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening and Assessment:

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and experience.

Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders:

  • Work closely with sourcing managers to implement better strategies.
  • Cooperate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Provide regular data-driven updates on the recruitment process and collaborate on candidate selection.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

  • Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Present job offers and coordinate the acceptance process.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and key performance indicators.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Goal: to close 3-6 roles/monthly

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
  • Teamwork:
    Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Organization & Data:
    Excellent organizational and data-driven skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
  • Adaptability:
    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
  • Technology Skills:
    Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, openness and proactivity in bringing AI.

    *Upper-Intermediate level of English as you’ll be searching and hiring candidates in the EU.
