The DOT Defense Procurement Agency is a state enterprise engaged in the procurement of equipment, ammunition, UAVs, food, clothing, fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces and the Defense Forces.

Our mission: we provide the Defense Forces and develop the national military complex for the stability and defense capability of Ukraine.

We are currently looking for a colleague for the position of Senior recruiter.

We are not just looking for a recruiter, but a person who considers recruiting to be his vocation.

Job duties:

• Cooperation with hiring managers
• Development and implementation of recruitment strategy for positions of different levels
• Job profile development
• Active search for candidates using various recruiting platforms, social networks, online resources and a network of professional connections
• Labor market research, trend analysis and implementation of new approaches in recruiting
• Conducting interviews, evaluating the professional and personal qualities of candidates
• Assistance of candidates at all stages of selection, organization of inspections
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience at all stages of hiring
• Working with ATS (CleverStaff)
• Participation in measures to form and strengthen the employer brand

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience in recruiting from 3 years
• Knowledge of modern methods and tools for searching and evaluating candidates
• Experience in IT recruiting will be an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Proactivity in solving problems and orientation to results
• Zero tolerance for corruption
• Openness to new knowledge, new experience
