We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our recruiting team - someone who knows how to find and attract the best professionals in the creative and media industries. This is a role for someone who likes dynamics, knows how to lead several directions at the same time and is ready to be a partner for heads of different agencies. What is important for this role:

• Experience of working in an agency environment or with companies in the sphere of advertising, marketing, digital, media.

• Developed communication skills: the ability to build relationships with candidates and customers, convincingly present opportunities.

• Confident skills of the full recruiting cycle: from the search and selection of candidates to the finalization of the offer.

• Ability to work with several vacancies and directions at the same time, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines.

• Openness to new things, flexibility in approaches, willingness to be a business partner for managers.

What will be in focus:

• Closing positions for various Havas group agencies (PR, Digital, Creative, Media and others).

• Search and attraction of talent through various channels: LinkedIn, internal databases, networking, recommendations.

• Interaction with agency managers: clarification of needs, formation of job profiles, support in decision-making.

• Simultaneous work with several directions and different vacancies.
