Our HR command consists of 3 recruiters, Specialists in personnel and C&B, HRBP, as well as team leader. This role:

• Working in Non-Tech and Tech Recruiting
• Be able to be effective Find and attract candidates including with cold search
• Knowledge and experience of working with different attract channels (job search sites, profile communities, network)
• Knowledge of the entire selection process (from Briefing of the Customer before going to work)
• Ability to build partnerships with different people, to show empathy and attentiveness to processes
• the ability to work in high loading and multi -radiation. Ability to work in a team and a desire to help colleagues

Basic Tasks:

Full Cycle of Jobs (Technical and Not Technical Direction):

• Removal of job vacancies, advice on hiring process
• Assistance to the Customer in Vacation Description
• Working with sites on job search and other resources < /
• Primary Screening
• Interviews with the Customer
• Provide feedback to candidates
• Support of the candidate by the time of the team
