Vaimo, a global eCommerce agency is looking to hire a Senior Frontend developer (React/Next JS) who feels at home with developing top-notch eCommerce sites. Also, a person who considers oneself a team player and a quick learner, ready to hit the ground running. Curiosity, thirst for learning new things, and willingness to travel from time to time to meet with other team members and clients are very welcomed.

Skills & Experiences:

• Reliable Composable architecture understanding
• Senior-level of Javascript & Typescript development
• Experience with React, Next JS frameworks
• Adobe commerce (Magento 2) experience or relevant expertise in other e-commerce engines
• Headless CMS experience (experience with content modelling)
• Experience with GraphQL
• Thorough understanding of cross-browser development and responsive design techniques
• Passion for creating high-quality and performance-driven web pages
• Good understanding of Core Web Vitals
• Experience with Unit tests
• Upper-intermediate English, both verbal and written

Nice to have

• Experience in mentoring developers
• Client-facing experience
• Search engine (Algolia, Klevu, Adobe Sensei) integration

Responsibilities:

• Development, monitoring, and improvement of the overall FE solution
• Refining scope, decomposition of complex features, estimation
• Investigation and resolution of high-complexity issues
• Project technical health, including testing and continuous updates, code-quality control, analysis and improvements.
• Code reviews and support of FE team in case of obstacles they can’t resolve themselves
