Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our HRIS web application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into our development process and ensure that our application meets the highest standards of quality.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.● Minimum of 5 years of experience in automated testing, with a strong focus on web applications.● Proven experience in building automated testing frameworks from scratch.● Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).● Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.● Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).● Knowledge of AWS services and environments.● Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications:● Experience with HRIS or similar web applications.● Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular) and back-end technologies (PHP, Laravel).● Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
