KaPharma recruiting agency /Pharmacy staff is a leading recruitment agency in the pharmaceutical industry on the Ukrainian market. Our company is currently holding a competition for the position of Senior QA Specialist for a client company, an international pharmaceutical company.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education not lower than the second (master's) level in the specialties "Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy";
• Work experience for professional for at least two years in the field of production, quality control, wholesale trade or development of medicinal products;
• Knowledge of the regulatory legislation of Ukraine in the pharmaceutical industry, the Regulations and Directives of the European Union (GMP, GDP);
• li>English language at an intermediate level;
• Computer skills at the level of an experienced user.
• Availability of category driver's license B. Main responsibilities:
  • Performance of incoming quality control of imported Products;
  • Formation of documents for State quality control of imported medical devices;
  • Granting of permission for sale, release of series for sale; 
  • Timely update of the Addendum to the import license and Importer Dossier;
  • Control of compliance with the conditions of storage and transportation of Products, control and organization of the qualification of vehicles;
  • Execution of the plan urgent actions regarding the suspension of trade, removal from circulation, return to the supplier or destruction of products;
  • Recall of imported products, conducting internal investigations in cases of deviations, complaints;
  • Development of updating the SOP of the quality system;
  • Performance of documentary supervision regarding the presence of impurities in imported products;
  • Evaluation of reports on the inspection of the quality of imported products.
