Being a part of our QA team, you will work closely with the product and development teams in the US, Israel, and Ukraine to define acceptance criteria for the features, update and maintain our test tracking system and investigate issues in various environments.We are looking for a responsible and dedicated person, who is a motivated team player who will help drive the organization forward and will be an ambassador of outstanding quality inside the squads and across the organization.Requirements5+ years of QA experience, including writing and executing test plans for both Web and MobileStrong design and debugging skills (hands-on)Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test casesExperience in driving process changes and implementation of Quality best practices3+ years of experience with API testing using Postman2+ years of experience testing MOBILE applications (iOS/Android)Team player, Independent, out-of-the-box thinker, and self-learnerThe ability to work in a dynamic environment which can be changed frequentlyAdvanced English, both written and verbalWill be a plusExperience with monitoring tools such as Amplitude, Looker, Humio, Redash, sentry, Rapid7, and GrafanaFamiliar with CI CD processesHands-on experience in building automated regression testing capabilities using current technologiesExperience in the fintech industryResponsibilitiesParticipate in the design process to understand, analyse, and influence the application/service/system to be testedIdentify the risks and appropriate test coverage to validate new features as well as regression and develop test plans and casesExecute test cases, manually or in an automated fashion, capture and analyse the results, document issues and prepare test reports.Present testing results and progress to the management teamAnalyse and identify the issues found during testing, either work with the QA teams and/or the R&D teams to diagnose themUnderstand the business aspects, as well as the ways the customers are using the system and the impact of changes on customers.What we offer Competitive salary range and benefit packageMedical insuranceTax compensationHybrid type of work (Location: Kyiv)A fun and dynamic community where you can make a differenceOpportunities to impact the business transformation directlyAbout the projectOur partner is an innovative, prosperous FinTech project based in the US since 2011.
