Senior Python Engineer in Svitla Systems Inc.

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Python Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a Belgian-based technology company specializing in data integration and semantic search solutions. The company’s key product is a powerful semantic search and data integration platform for healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals. The platform leverages AI and machine learning to process vast amounts of data, identify patterns, and suggest relevant connections, which can lead to faster and more efficient research outcomes. The solutions are heavily utilized in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, helping companies accelerate drug discovery, improve clinical trials, and enhance data-driven decision-making. The platform allows for integrating public and proprietary data sources, improving access to critical knowledge across research and development pipelines.They are developing a large language model integration that enables users to convert natural language queries into queries that can be executed against the solution knowledge graph. The team has built substantial portions of this functionality and has proof-of-concept implementations demonstrating its feasibility. However, the current quality does not yet meet the required standards. A senior engineer will help refine, productize, and enhance the quality of this capability.
