Senior Python Data Engineer in EPAM Systems

We are looking for a talented Senior Python Data Engineer to join our team and work on an exciting project in the pharmaceutical research sector. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing knowledge graphs that support target selection for drug discovery. You will integrate diverse datasets into a comprehensive knowledge graph using internal and public standard ontologies and reference data. Your work will enable our client’s data scientists to develop machine-learning models for identifying and prioritizing potential therapeutic drug targets.You will work closely with a team of experts to deliver a data product that ensures analysis-ready data for research and development efforts.
