Management of the subgroup of experts on optimization of a network of vocational education institutions, issues of transition of property rights and implementation of infrastructure modernization projects. The position provides strategic management, operational management and coordination R (Pt) O. Strategic Leadership and Planning:

• General management of experts, ensuring consistency with general purposes and time frames;

• Definition of Strategic Priorities, Security with National Purpose of Reform P (PT) O and Donor Expectations;

• Setting Frames for Decisions, including the Criteria for the Selection of the ZP (PT) O for the modernization and distribution of financial resources;

Infrastructure Modernization Control:

• Support of the Portfolio of Reconstruction and Modernization of the ZP (PT) O, ensuring the implementation of the projects on time and within the scope of volume;

• Coordination of Development of Technical Specifications, Procurement Plans and Project Schedules in accordance with national regulatory documents and international standards;

• Monitoring and Promoting Risks Related to Larmed Infrastructure Projects, Ensuring Environmental Standards, Security and Quality Standards; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Control over Coordination of Works on the Projects of the European Investment Bank and Kreditanstalt Fur Wiedraufbau (KFW) on the Construction of the RF (PT) O; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None "> Stake Holders and Coordination:

  Control over Coordination of Local Self-Government Bodies;

Monitoring, Reporting and Assessment:

• Preparing and presenting detailed reports for the ministry, donors and other stakeholders on the status and impact of initiatives;

  Master's degree (or equivalent) in the relevant industry (civil construction, architecture, other);

• Ideal Knowledge in Ukrainian and good English (B2+);

  SUCCESSED ORGANIZATION ORGANIZATION EDUCATION SUCCESSED STRATEGIC PLANNING, SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION AND Efficiency Optimization;

• More than 7 years of general professional experience after receiving a diploma of education;

• More than 5 years of professional experience in the field of infrastructure, equipment and construction work;

• Experience in the development of internal institutional provisions, instructions and information materials from individual aspects;

• experience with international financial institutions, government organizations, government agencies will be an advantage.
