(CONTENT AND PUBLIC-PRIVATE Partnership, Vet), Review:

MES Restoration and Reforms Team is a group of Ukrainian specialists who are not civil servants, funded by donors on a temporary basis and provide targeted technical assistance to the Ministry in the development and implementation of restoration and educational reforms.

Recovery and Reform Support Team is part of the Recovery and Reform Architecture and Reforms (URA) , introduced by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union to support important processes of restoration and reforms in Ukraine. >


Management of Subspochers of Content and Public Private Partnership in Vocational Education, providing strategic reconciliation, quality results and cooperation at all levels.

Project/For Manager/KA will provide MES support in the following areas:

Strategic Leadership

  • Keeping the content of vocational education and public-private partnership, control over the work of a group of relevant experts;

  • development of national strategies for reform P (PT) O, ensuring coordination with the needs of the labor market and socio-economic priorities;

  • Promoting Cooperation between the Ministry, RF (PT) O, Private Sector and Civil Society to strengthen public-private partnership in P (Pt) O; style = "font-weight: 400; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

    Detection and Promotion of Innovative approaches and best practices in the field of vocational education, development of training programs and work at work; = "FONT-Weight: 700; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None "> Contents P (Pt) O

    • Organization of Exit Expert Councils P (PT) O for the purpose of evaluating educational standards;

    • Collection of Offers and Comments from stakeholders;

    • Organization of discussions, consultations and work on modernization of educational programs;

    Public Private Partnership

      Development and Support for Partnerships with Representatives of the Private Sector for Joint Project Production and Implementation;

    • Promotion and Implementation of Work Training Models such as internships and dual education;

    Building Potential

    • Supporting Institutional Potential Development in Management and Scale of Public Private Partnership and Reform P (Pt) O; "FONT-Weight: 700; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None "> Monitoring and Reporting

      • Monitoring of Strategies P (PT) O and Public Private Partnership, providing timely reporting to stakeholders; >

        Required Requirements:

        • Master's degree (or equivalent) in the relevant industry (education, vocational education, economics);

        • Additional Certificates or Public Partnership Certificates, Curriculum Development, Project Management or Educational Policy Management;

        • Ideal Knowledge in Ukrainian and Fluent in English;

        • The ability to express complex strategic concepts in both languages;

        • Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills for effective cooperation with various partners, including government officials, international donors and other stakeholders;

        • SUCCESSED ORGANIZATION ORGANIZATION EDUCATION SUCCESSED STRATEGIC PLANNING, SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION AND Efficiency Optimization;

        • Experience in a management position in an educational institution, a state institution, an international organization engaged in Pt (PT) O or the development of human capital; FONT-Weight: 400; FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

          The ability to build and manage partner relations with stakeholders from private sector, educational institutions and government agencies;

        • More than 7 years of general professional experience after receiving a diploma of education;

        • More than 5 years of professional experience in education in education, international organizations, public service or local authorities;

        • deep knowledge of the development of training programs on a competent basis and methodologies of learning, adapted to the needs of the labor market;

        • The experience of analyzing the trends of the labor market and reconciling the PT initiatives to meet current and future needs in labor.
