Senior Project Manager: Railway Infrastructure

The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) supports the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine in the implementation of priority reforms. The RST is a part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA)[1] programme. URA is a comprehensive technical assistance programme, deployed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the European Union, to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine. 

Submissions deadline: 23:59 (Kyiv time) on March 18, 2026.

Potential candidates should submit:

  • Completed Application Form;
  • NDA Form;
  • CV;
  • Contact details of three referees who, if contacted, can confirm the candidate's professional and/or educational background.

Important notice: only Ukrainian nationals are eligible to apply; civil servants are not eligible to apply unless 6 months have elapsed since they left such employment.

Recovery and reform support team at the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine is a consultative and advisory body that helps the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine in implementing priority reforms. The Recovery and Reform Support Team is part of the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA) program[1], implemented by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union to support critical recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

  • the candidate’s resume;
  • contact details of three recommenders who will be able to confirm the candidate’s professional experience and/or education.
