Currently, we are looking for a  Project Manager for Truman.

Company:

TRUMAN conducts campaigns aimed at solving problems of Ukrainian business and opening new perspectives for foreign companies in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate project teams and ensure that team members have the resources and support they need to deliver their work
• Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to understand their objectives and develop project proposals
• Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as required
• Manage relationships with external partners, and ensure that they deliver to the required standards
• Ensure that project outcomes are communicated effectively to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Work with the CEO and senior management to identify new project opportunities and develop proposals.

Qualifications :

• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management in the PR or communications field
• Good networking skills and established relationships in the industry you work in
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate project teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects
• Experience in managing budgets and financial resources
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in working with government and international organizations would be an advantage.

Interview process:

• Recruiting Interview — 45 min;
• Interview with the team (offline, Golden Gate) — 60 min;
• Interview with partners (offline, Golden Gate) — 60 min;
• Reference Check.
