The software team implements projects in the Southern part of Ukraine. He is engaged in the implementation of activities in the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, conducts field visits, monitoring activities, and works with project documents. The main office in this part of the country is Mykolaiv.

emergency assistance manager, the Senior Program Specialist is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the information provided, ensuring timely and effective implementation of the department/project action plan, immediate provision of all necessary information to the Senior Emergency Assistance Manager, and contributes to the development of programs in Southern Ukraine, team management and external representation.Description of general responsibilities:
- Ensures timely and effective performance of relevant activities throughout the assigned territory and prompt provision of all relevant information to the line manager;
- Responsible for leading the assigned team and accurate and timely collection of all fieldwork data and information;
- Manages the evaluation and selection of target locations and the selection of beneficiaries, including the identification and selection of appropriate partners to receive grants or material donations from PIN, ensuring transparency and compliance with PIN procedures;
- Responsible for the timely planning, preparation and efficient execution of all activities related to the defense sector, within the framework of several projects, in coordination with the relevant departments (logistics, finance) and in compliance with PIN procedures;
- Regularly visits the project implementation sites, monitors the progress of all activities and reports the results and any problems in a timely manner and directly to the manager;
- After granting grants to partners, closely cooperates and supports partners in implementation planning and regularly monitors the performance of grantees' activities, its quality and impact on the quality of the PIN program;
- Responsible for achieving project goals, participates in their monitoring and ensures data availability;
- Displays and tracks needs and gaps;
- Ensure constant monitoring of the situation in target locations and coordination with community representatives, timely reporting on changes in the situation;
- Provides information for the preparation of project proposals;
- If necessary, makes business trips to other locations to assess needs or distribute assistance;
- Ensures non-disclosure of confidential PIN information and non-disclosure of personal data of staff/beneficiaries/other persons obtained by him/her in the course of work.
