They are servicing 90K locations across the UK today, by way of supplying, installing, and maintaining drinks dispense systems. 850 employees in the company. Project and Job Description: the PM will be part of the Transformation Department and will report directly to the Transformation Director. The Transformation Department deals with outdated processes across certain areas of the business and fixes them. There are internal PMs do drive such transformation project, but there are not enough of them, and the company is looking to hire more PMs to take on new projects. They are looking for a PM to deal with operational changes, and change management, rather than a technical PM. This new project is at its infancy stage - the business has identified a certain department which is suffering from outdated processes. The project objective is to:1) conduct a thorough investigation, 2) identify potential improvements, and 3) implement them. The PM will drive this whole process, and among standard PM responsibilities (like management of stakeholders, etc.), they will be reviewing the existing process, updating and documenting them, suggest changes to the existing environments, looking at existing teams’ structures/sizes and suggesting improvements/changes, looking at existing vendor relationships with suggesting changes/improvements, managing procurement processes and participating in renegotiation activities. After starting the process - the PM will suggest if further team members need to be hired and which profiles are needed. The business is looking to hire a BA/ Data Analyst - so the PM will help shape the job description and participate in the selection process of this new player. (Will also be hired via BeetsBytes) Seniority: only senior candidates English: very good spoken English, the role presupposes a lot of communication inside of the company. Communication and Collaboration: the project is very matrix-managed. The project team is scattered across the business - the PM will identify who is needed for the project and will borrow these peoples’ time from their management. Our PM will be onboarded by the customer.
