Hello! We are glad to introduce you to Softsich! We are a young company that is rapidly developing in the market and is exciting iGaming. We are currently launching a project to develop our own technical solution, so we are looking for a Senior Product Owner to help us realize our plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Product Owner or similar role in the iGaming industry .
• Experience managing complex products with a large amount of functionality and intensive user traffic.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, experience working in these frameworks together with the development team. Preparation of necessary documentation for product development
• Ability to communicate effectively with different groups of stakeholders, from developers to management.
• Strong analytical skills, experience in making decisions based on data analysis and insights.
• Knowledge of the specifics of the iGaming industry, including the operation of online casinos and betting platforms.

• Experience working with highly loaded systems or platforms with a high volume of transactions.

• Knowledge of modern analytics and product monitoring tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Experience in UI/UX design, visual prototyping and working with a design team.

Responsibilities :

• Product management at all stages of the life cycle: From initial concept and planning for pre-release and post-release support.
• Formation and implementation of product strategy: Development of a long-term vision of the product, determination of its goals and success metrics, integration with the company strategy.
• Prioritization and backlog management: Constantly updating and maintaining the backlog, prioritizing tasks according to business goals and user needs.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with teams of developers, UX/UI designers, analysts and marketers to ensure successful product implementation.
• Interaction with stakeholders: Constant communication with internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and ensuring their alignment with the product vision.
• Market and competitor analysis: Tracking the latest trends in the iGaming field, analyzing competitive solutions to innovate and increase product competitiveness.
• Release Management: Planning the scope of new product releases, ensuring extensibility and timely implementation of new product functionality.
• Product performance monitoring: Regular analysis of key product indicators (KPIs), collection and analysis of user feedback to improve functionality and user experience.
