We are bringing together people, who can look into the future to better understand, how technology will shape businesses, people, who create and navigate projects with great potential impact.We are looking for Product Managers, who are natural problem-solvers and intensive thinkers!Key responsibilities:Understand product ideas and vision from top management and transform them into product strategy, goals, and a roadmapConduct market and competitor analysis to provide variants of product development and define the right directionDefine and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and business goalsDefine product success metrics and clarify the requirements with our execution team, collaborate with design and development teamsLead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch and support, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery, including product testing and acceptanceManage the preliminary and final requirements, while ensuring timely approval by top managementAnalyze product performance metrics and user feedback to optimize product features and drive continuous improvementEnsure successful features' rollout by collaborating with our teams, running tests, and measuring the features' successStay informed about emerging market trends in the B2B & B2C media landscape, including the integration of new technologies like AI and machine learning to personalize content delivery and user experienceTrack product performance and establish proper reporting on it to stakeholders and top managementQualifications:4+ years of proven record as a Product ManagerDeep knowledge of the product lifecycle managementProven record of successful delivery and management of B2B and B2C Digital ProductsAbility to communicate with C-level and gather high and low-level requirements from top managementAbility to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specificationsAbility to manage changes and keep clear product documentationHandling a heavy workload by setting prioritiesData-driven approach to decision-making with experience in product and market analyticsHave a passion for detailed feature design and problem-solvingExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in harmony in a cross-functional teamEntrepreneurial experience is a plusFluency in English.
