In this role, you will explore new ideas through customer development interviews and deliver innovative tech products tailored to our demanding clients. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager. Proven track record in creating tech products from concept to MVP. Strong communication skills, with demonstrated experience in conducting customer discovery interviews. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation. A strong focus on achieving results, with the autonomy to independently complete tasks without supervision. Willingness to take calculated risks and thrive in uncertain conditions Fluent English (C1 Advanced). Responsibilities Analyze and identify underserved customer needs through customer development interviews with current and prospective clients. Create product hypotheses and propose tech solutions based on collected data and insights. Manage internal and external tech teams to deliver functional MVPs that meet real customer demands. Assess the competitiveness of the company's existing products and services, providing recommendations for quality improvements and optimization. Develop short-term and long-term product development plans aligned with the company's business objectives. Prepare regular analytical reports to keep the team aligned with product development progress and results.
