We have over 2.3 billion visits to our games and more than 26+ million monthly active users. Our top game is Vehicle Legends, a top driving game on the platform for the last 4+ years, which features officially licensed vehicles. We currently own 5 games and see peaks of over 60,000 concurrent players.At our company, Product Management means everything having to do with analyzing games and finding key insights to increase player enjoyment, and thereby virality, engagement, and monetization. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of games.We are looking for a Product Manager to work on our game, Seaside RP.Responsibilities- Oversee the entirety of development for the game(s) assigned to you- Make educated decisions for games based on analytics, player feedback, and intuition, ensuring game balance/good economy design as well as optimized item pricing- Manage the product roadmap- Maintain the GDD- Team management: Oversee a team of 10+ members to develop Roblox games- Competitor analysis- Accountable for performance of the game you are managing- Publish game updates- Ensure updates and the game are of a high quality- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing and Legal- Create A/B tests- QA tester management: Direct testers on what to test to ensure a good experience for playersRequirements:- 3+ years experience working as a Product Manager on F2P games- 2+ years experience working as a Game Producer- Deep understanding of live games and player behavior- Good verbal and written English(at least C1)- Good understanding of game design- Experience with Asana for task management and bug tracking, or similar project management tools- In-depth knowledge of game analytics and basic metrics, as well as options for improving them- Experience analyzing data and new trends to identify new product solutions- Experience managing a team of 10+ team members (programmers, artists, animators, UI, QA, etc.)- Understanding of production processes, software development processes, project management, and agile methodologies, and testing- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics & Playfab- Ready to learn/adapt to the quirks of RobloxGood to have:- A passion for/good knowledge of cars- Understanding of the Roblox platform & ecosystem- Good understanding:Level design, art and UI- Experience working with remote team from different countriesWorking Conditions:- Paid Vacation & Sick Days- Bank Holidays- Annual bonus- Fully remote full-time position- Flexible schedule- High impact work: We have over 300 million players to date and counting Show more Show less Position level Senior secondary level Type of employment Full time Job duties Product management and Marketing Industries Computer games
