We are looking for a Senior Product Manager in 6037 for our product Title - #1 shopping platform with a personal stylist who has already been used by millions of women from all over the world. Yes, we make women more stylish and happier!

Thanks to an integrated consultation system with professional stylists, our product helps users create unique and stylish images, taking into account their personal preferences.

The main mission of this position is to improve the user experience and increase loyalty to our product.

About the product:

• The product offers a unique user experience, combining the convenience of online shopping with individual recommendations from stylists. You will work on a product that has real meaning for people.
• The platform is at the intersection of technology and fashion, which makes it one of the most interesting and fast-growing market segments. The personalized shopping industry is rapidly evolving, and you will be working on a product that is at the forefront of this development.
• The product involves working with large volumes of user data to improve recommendations and personalization. You will be able to create a more effective product and improve the user experience based on data.

Your future challenges:

• Participate in product strategy development by identifying product opportunities through analysis of market trends, product metrics, and user feedback and industry changes.
• Generate and validate hypotheses to improve product and monetization metrics through ongoing process execution a/b tests.
• Conduct comprehensive market, user and competitor research to find product growth points.
• Ensure a high level of user satisfaction by improving product functionality and interface.

  What is important to us:

  • 3+ years of corporate experience as a Product Manager in B2C products.
  • Personal achievements as part of the product team, including quantitative product goals.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the main metrics of B2C SAAS products: operational, product, financial , relationships between them and methods of their improvement.
  • High analytical abilities and logical thinking, the ability to interpret complex data and draw practical conclusions.
  • Experience in working with user needs and problems: conducting and user interview analysis, user journey creation, product behavior analysis.
  • Experience in finding product growth points and hypothesis validation a/b testamy, research, other data.
  • Experience with product tools (Amplitude, Firebase, Figma).
  • Fluent communication in English at Upper Intermediate level.

   

  Would be an advantage:

  • Experience with products in niche fashion / e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to formulate a long-term product development strategy.
  • Experience in successfully launching products to the market/taking the product to a new level.
  • Deep understanding of design principles.
