Senior Product Designer in Remote Georgia

Pollin Fertility is a pioneering team dedicated to excellence in reproductive health. At Pollin Fertility, we utilize cutting-edge technologies and innovative practices to provide outstanding care.It's a full-time role (8 hours) and at least 6 hours need to overlap with Toronto time-zone (9AM to 6 PM).NOTE: Please be sure to include a link to your portfolio or case studies within your resume. This role is not appropriate for Senior Designers.Your Responsibilities Will Include: Participate in defining the digital product design vision and philosophyOversee design efforts for projects, assign work to the product designers and be part of the approval process during design reviewsCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Product Owners, and other partners/third party organizations to elevate digital product designWork with Product Management and Product Owners to understand how users are using the product and find opportunities to further improve and optimize the user experience through research and testingBuild, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Designers by providing vision and directionBuild and scale design processes, standards, and toolsMentor and lead design teams working in Agile software development processFacilitate design thinking workshops, work with multiple partners to drive empathy for the user, and identify ways to address unmet needs and create delightUse data, KPI’s and insights to envision the future of ShopThing’s products and experiences that delivers success to both the business and the end userContribute to, maintain, and help evolve ShopThing’s design system and product design language (UI components and patterns, iconography, assets, etc.)Your Skills and Qualifications Include:4+ years of experience as a UX designer of mobile applications, we are looking for someone that can hit the ground the running and mentor Junior DesignersE-commerce experience is required;Video and animation experience is considered an asset;Experience with user research, user testing, and user flows, this role will have a really strong emphasis on User ResearchExcellent communication, presentation and collaboration skillsSkilled in Figma and SketchAbility to manage multiple projects while consistently deliver outstanding designsExperience working in an Agile development environmentKnowledge of WCAG (accessibility) requirements is an assetExperience in designing cross-platform for mobile, tablet, desktopExperience in designing for iOS, Android and Web platforms Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язкиDesign, art/creative and information technologies Industry Human resources
