Hi! We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our client's international team of desginers.

The design team consists of six designers. The team works on global products for users across Europe, South America, and Asia, including:

• International Payment Platform – a "one-stop-shop" for all personas within the company's payment ecosystem
• Merchant Portal – a responsive platform for small and large merchants, allowing them to track transactions, order terminals, generate reports, manage employees, and order services
• SoftPOS – a mobile app that transforms a smartphone into a payment terminal
• Developer Platform – a digital product enabling developers to access APIs

• At least 4 years of experience in Product Design
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and propose solutions to stakeholders
• BA/BS degree in social sciences, interaction design, industrial design, or a related field
• Proven experience in user interface design , supported by a portfolio
• Deep understanding of the user experience design process and user research , with hands-on experience
• Proficiency in Figma , with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite as a plus
• Ability to translate customer insights into concepts, ideas, and products
• Hands-on experience with design systems and their development
• Ability to deliver high-quality design assets
