The role and challenge:
We are currently looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Product Designer to join our product design team and contribute to our growth journey.

You will take ownership of our product design department, driving research, innovation, and ongoing optimization for our current and future operators. You will collaborate with senior management (both at OpenTag and with clients), challenging existing assumptions, raising standards, introducing new tools, KPIs, and gaining a better understanding of our end users and their pain points.

The ideal candidate will proactively foster innovation, growth, and support within their department while aligning with the company’s objectives.

Senior Product Design will report to our Head of Product Design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
• Create user flows and pixel-perfect designs using Figma, based on data-driven insights.
• Advocate for design best practices and maintain high-quality standards throughout the design process.
• Participate actively in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve designs.

Our Ideal Candidates:

• Demonstrates a strong portfolio showcasing pixel-perfect designs and user interfaces.
• Has extensive experience in creating designs for digital products across various platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
• Has extensive experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
• Proficient in using research tools to gather and analyze data for informed design decisions.
• Experience in the iGaming, betting, or a similar domain is required.
• Experience in writing documentation with UI animations to effectively communicate design guidelines and interactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Upper-Intermediate English (be able to pass interviews in English).

On your first day, you will be met by the HR Manager, who will introduce you to the company, conduct a tour of the office, and answer all questions. Everything you need will be waiting for you (laptop, workplace, beginner’s package). You will have the opportunity to meet colleagues during lunch or coffee breaks. We will do everything necessary to make you feel comfortable and will support you during and after the adaptation period.

For the period of adaptation , you will talk and agree with your manager on the goals of the probationary period and get contacts from all colleagues who are ready to help you and answer all questions. During 1:1 meetings, you can give feedback, share thoughts and ideas. Your manager will also determine the course of your immersion in the project and make every effort to make you feel comfortable.
