Senior Product Designer in appflame

We are a product IT company appflame. We create life-changing and category-defining products. Territorially we are located in Ukraine, realistically - all over the world.

You will:

• Be the first product designer on a fast-growing product;
• Generate and validate hypotheses to improve product metrics in close collaboration with the product team;
< li style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 300">Conduct quantitative and qualitative research with a team of researchers;
• Design design for a mobile product taking into account technical capabilities and information obtained from research;
• To supplement and improve the design system in the product.
  

From you:

• 2+ years of experience designing mobile interfaces;
• Excellent Figma skills;
• Strong portfolio;
• Understanding the principles of HIG, Material Guidelines and other design systems;
• Understanding the principles of usability, the basics of composition and color;
• "Product mindset" and focus on the result.
  

Would be a plus:

• Experience in qualitative research;
• English at the Upper-intermediate level.
