Senior Product Analyst Poland, Київ, Одеса, Кишинів (Молдова), Лісабон (Португалія), віддалено Responsibilities Develop and implement analytical models for measuring product effectiveness, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs). Planning and monitoring statuses oftasks and team work Analyze large data sets toidentify trends, problem areas, and opportunities for product improvement. Collaborate with development and design teams todefine product requirements and prioritize tasks inthe backlog. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments tovalidate hypotheses and enhance product functionality. Develop and maintain the product roadmap, considering analytical insights and strategic company goals. Communicate with stakeholders toensure transparency inthe development process and analysis results. Create and support educational materials for users, increasing their satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements Advanced knowledge indata and analytics, experience with analytical tools (e.g. Python, SQL, PowerBi). Ability tothink critically and make data-driven decisions. High level oforganization, ability tomanage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, ability toarticulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Experience inconducting user research and testing. Willingness tocontinuously learn and adapt tomarket changes and technological advancements. Atleast 3years ofexperience indata analytics orasaproduct analyst. Previous experience inaproduct owner role orclose collaboration with product development teams will beconsidered anadvantage.
