Senior PPC Specialist (promin agency) in Genesis

Promin agency is searching for a Senior PPC Specialist to develop advertising campaigns in Google Ads, working with different niches.

What you'll do:

• Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns that drive growth while staying within budget.
• Oversee and manage multimillion-dollar budgets across paid marketing channels, including search, display, and YouTube ads.
• Explore and test new advertising channels and technologies.
• Leverage Google Analytics for tracking and reporting, integrating data into Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio for visualization.
• Analyze campaign performance, providing clear insights, actionable recommendations, and optimization strategies.
• Monitor key metrics across all channels, including budget pacing, LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR.
• Maximize campaign efficiency through continuous optimization, A/B testing creatives, refining goals, and improving landing page UX.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop and approve ad creatives.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years of experience managing paid traffic in an advertising agency or product company.
• Experience working with the US and UK markets.
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and analyzing high volumes of data.
• A data-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of key metrics like CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPI, CPT, CPL, and more.
• Practical expertise in improving QS & AdRank in Google Ads—not just theory.
• Experience optimizing CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, DAX, and SQL, with a deep understanding of funnel analytics and A/B testing.
• English level B2+ or higher.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, navigate difficult situations/clients, and effectively address objections.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
