Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Higher sports education, expertise in water areas
• Communication and the ability to work with people
• Management skills, leadership, responsibility

Duties:

• Formation of the group training schedule in the swimming pool
• Formation of the team (search, conducting interviews)
• Conducting initial training and onboarding of trainers
• Monitoring the implementation of unit plans
• Mentoring and motivating pool coaches
• Ensuring the quality of services, cleanliness and safety of the pool area
