Immediately selling into the educational market, with a primary focus on students with learning disabilities and the institutions themselves, Jamworks, which integrates to everything, is the only companion a student needs.
The hiring of the PHP/Laravel develope r will be completed via the eD3P infrastructural team , which deals with the maintenance of the AWS services and the development of the back-office portals and admin panels. eD3P team is primarily responsible for the development of the key integrations, different 3rd party connectors, and endpoints that are critical for the overall Jamworks product success, specifically in the corporate and business scenarios.Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP.
- Design and implement scalable and reliable microservice architectures.
- Manage and optimize data in MySQL databases.
- Implement and maintain queue systems such as Amazon SQS and Redis.
- Utilize the ELK stack for logging and monitoring applications.
- Integrate and manage webhooks for external services and APIs.
- Develop and maintain Docker containers for application deployment.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment processes.
- Conduct feature testing to ensure the functionality and quality of applications.
- Integrate applications with third-party services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements :
- At least 3 years of experience as a PHP Developer, with a focus on middle-senior level responsibilities.
- Proficiency with queues such as SQS and Redis.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL and database management.
- Experience with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
- Familiarity with webhooks and their implementation.
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in feature testing and quality assurance practices.
- Experience with integration of third-party services and APIs.
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
- Familiarity with Argo CD.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience with Azure Entra ID.
- Experience with other programming languages and technologies.
- Understanding of advanced CI/CD strategies.
