Key Responsibilities: Crafting and maintaining modern, responsive web applications using PHP, JavaScript, and CSS. Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic and functionality. Collaborating with front-end developers tointegrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness ofapplications. Working closely with the product team todefine feature specifications and build the next generation ofproducts. Leading the development process inanagile environment alongside aworld-class team. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology updates toinnovate the client’s platform continuously. Assisting inthe prioritization oftasks and development strategies toenhance user satisfaction and business goals. Main requirements: 5+years ofexperience insoftware development with astrong emphasis on PHP, especially production experience with PHP 8. Solid understanding offront-end technologies, such asJavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. The client mainly works with BackboneJS, but ReactJS also comes tothe table. Production experience with React (for the Back-end Developer) and React Native (for the Front-end Developer) Good knowledge ofPHP web frameworks such asLaravel. Experience with Money &Financial calculations and APIs since they doalot offinancial processing and integrations with other platforms; Financial systems, ERP and payment integrations (international). Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages. Proficiency incode versioning tools, such asGit. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability toproduce high-quality code. Experience indeveloping and deploying scalable, high-availability applications. Nice tohave: Experience working with Backbone and Symfony.
