We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC) to shape and run paid search campaigns that hit our KPIs and business goals. You'll be key in making sure everything stays on track and delivers results. ResponsibilitiesOwn advertising tools such as Amazon Ads and Google AdsWork with a high degree of autonomy and self-sufficiencyCross-functionally collaborate with operations and growth teams to optimize landing pages, driving measurable increases in conversion ratesCollaborate with other teams to establish an alignment on KPIs, ensuring holistic campaign performance with an emphasis on metrics like Margin, TACOS, Sales, etc. Manage and coach team members Put forward new innovative ideas to test to drive performance improvements Report results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Qualifications Strong hands-on paid search experience on any channel (Google Ads, Bing, or Amazon Ads). We teach Amazon Ads anyway, so no worries if you have no experience there Proficiency with Excel or Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio (data manipulation, basic formulas, making charts, pivot tables, and analyzing data) Experience making presentations to show the outcomes of advertising campaigns to internal or external clients Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience utilizing data to drive improvements Ability to make technical requirements for analysts to automate the reports you needAbility and understanding of how to scale advertising campaignsAdvanced presentation skillsFluent English
