You'll be key in making sure everything stays on track and delivers results. ResponsibilitiesOwn advertising tools such as Amazon Ads and Google AdsWork with a high degree of autonomy and self-sufficiencyCross-functionally collaborate with operations and growth teams to optimize landing pages, driving measurable increases in conversion ratesCollaborate with other teams to establish an alignment on KPIs, ensuring holistic campaign performance with an emphasis on metrics like Margin, TACOS, Sales, etc. Manage and coach team members Put forward new innovative ideas to test to drive performance improvements Report results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Qualifications Strong hands-on paid search experience on any channel (Google Ads, Bing, or Amazon Ads).
