Senior Operations Manager in IT Step Academy

The International Computer Academy "IT Step Academy" is an educational institution with 116 branches in 25 countries of the world, specializing in education in the field of IT since 1999.

We have ambitious goals and plan to launch projects in new countries in the near future, so our team is in search of a senior operations manager - a specialist who supervises the work of regional branches and helps them in the correct construction of BP.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in managing a project, team;
• Ability to keep order and actively develop the entrusted territory;
• Have high responsibility, punctuality and attention to details;
• Ability to anticipate and predict actions in advance;
• Have a general understanding of the company's work in the framework of marketing, sales, analytics, operational and financial management;
• English B2.

Your job duties will be:

• Coordination of the work of Academy branches;
• Control of compliance of current business processes with regulated ones;
• Development of recommendations for improving the work of branches, monitoring their implementation;
• Direct influence on the achievement of branch performance indicators;
• Analysis of branch performance indicators (employee performance evaluation);
• Compilation of analytical reports for the Academy owner on branch performance;
• Coordination of branch interaction with a central office, help in solving issues;
