Boosta is seeking an Operations Manager for one of our performance marketing projects! Our small, tech-savvy team of experts is on a mission to expand its presence in Tier 1 markets and deliver quality content to its clients. The operations manager holds a key role in ensuring the execution of the team’s strategy by effectively managing its operations. Your job is to help a business scale and align operational tasks with company and team goals.
You would be a perfect fit for the role if you:
- Have 4 + years of operations management in an IT company with clients in the Western Market;
- Have proven experience managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams;
- Have experience in leading a team, motivating employees, and managing performance;
- Can analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and have proficiency in using analytical tools and software;
- Have experience with budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial resources;
- Have a proven ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions;
- Can work in conditions of uncertainty and a rapidly changing environment;
- Your communication and negotiation skills are excellent;
- You are a goal-oriented person;
- You are ready to go “an extra mile” to achieve expected results;
- Your English level is Upper-Intermediate or Advanced;
- Overall, you know how to make things happen.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience working with marketing teams (SEO) and iGaming;
- Experience with Jira, Worksection tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy and goals: Participate in developing and implementing strategic plans together with team management. Help with scaling. Control and active participation in setting goals;
- Budgeting: planning and control of budget execution together with the CEO; cost optimization;
- Business process optimization involves improving current processes to increase efficiency and implementing new business processes as needed. Define, measure, and assign KPIs for critical processes and roles. Design organizational and functional structures for the team to enable expected business results;
- Risk assessment: analysis of team risks, developing and executing plans on risk management together with the team;
- Managing team operations: ensure the uninterrupted work of the team, control, and assist in implementing short-term and long-term goals according to deadlines. Implementation and organization of regular team meetings. Creating a transparent reporting system;
- Team and Talent Management: In conjunction with HRBP and CEO, monitor, develop, and implement reward and incentive systems, recruitment planning, talent development, and retention;
- Communication: building effective communication within the team and with other Boosta units to ensure regular and timely information flow, understanding of business goals, and alignment of team effort.
