About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js + React Developer with over 6 years of experience. In this role, you will lead the development of complex web applications, leveraging your expertise in Node.js and React to build scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Node.js and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Node.js and React development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern web application architectures.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with TypeScript and other modern frontend tools.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
