Senior .Net Developer in Swan Software Solutions, Inc.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Backend: ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#
- Frontend: Primarily ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, Razor Views (no Angular or React)
- Databases: Oracle (important), PostgreSQL
- Tools: Jira (for issue tracking), Postman (for API testing), Docker, Swagger

Key Expectations for Developers
- Ability to work independently, using Jira tickets and available documentation to understand tasks.
- Comfortable debugging legacy ASP.NET applications and working with Oracle databases.
- Strong SQL skills for querying databases and diagnosing issues.
- Effective written communication skills for documenting findings and interacting with the team through Jira and Slack.
- Willingness to ask questions early to clarify ticket requirements and solutions.
