CoMPSS project: "Gender-specific medical and psychosocial support for women with opioid use disorders/RRT patients and victims of violence by drug users (all genders)"
The project is funded by L'initiative and supported by Expertise France
Goal: To reduce barriers to access to preventive and medical services for women with opioid use disorders/ART patients, as well as comprehensive support for survivors of violence (all genders among people who use drugs).
Job specifics
- Work experience in the relevant position is not less than 1 year. Experience working with/with HIV and TB organizations, local NGOs, government and/or international agencies preferred.
- Comprehensive monitoring and evaluation experience.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills required.
- Database skills and experience highly desirable.
- High level of computer literacy a must. Practical knowledge of the 1C program (SYREX) is desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
- Appropriate higher education (mathematics, economics, health care, etc.) is desirable.
- Ability to proactively work independently and as an effective team member.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement M&E systems that align with organizational goals and program objectives.
- Identify key performance indicators and data collection methodologies.
- Analyze data to assess program impact, identify trends and evaluate results.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of data collected through regular audits and review processes.
- Provide guidance to grantees on registration and reporting procedures.
- Ensure effective implementation of reporting systems through training and consultation with grantees.
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports programs, including findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Communicate results to stakeholders, partners and donors.
- Interaction with audit organization representatives during program audits; provide required documentation.
- Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to identify areas for program improvement based on evaluation results.
- Facilitate sharing of lessons learnedand advanced experience within the organization.
- Perform other duties, not specified above, that correspond to the role of a senior specialist in monitoring and evaluation and which were discussed and agreed between the line manager and the person holding the position.
- Business trips are possible (Lviv, Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro and other cities)
