The project Vocabulaba is an online English course for business professionals. Created by a creative team for informal learning in an open community, they now help improve professional English and speak with international projects in one language.

We are growing and looking for Middle/Senior SMM manager who will help in the development and posting of posts in social networks.

What will be in your task list:

• launch of social networks (Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, TikTok);
• implementation and improvement of SMM strategy for social networks (Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, TikTok);

• generation of the first followers and activity for social networks;
• creation of a content plan;
• generation of new sections in Laba social networks (Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok);
• work with social network analytics (analysis of basic metrics);
• be ahead of SMM trends — tracking, study and application;
• presentation of own ideas and work results;< /li>
• participation in department brainstorms;
• work with other departments and their involvement in SMM activities.

Skill pack forhigh-quality performance of tasks:

• 2-3 years of experience in managing several social networks of the same brand at the same time;
• experience of launching social networks, or significant growth of an active audience — Instagram, TikTok (will be a plus);
• understanding of the peculiarities of working with content in various social networks (at least Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram) — what works, why different social networks are needed;
• you have experience in creating an SMM strategy and content plan for projects on various topics;
• you know how to adjust your work and work in a team ;
• you like to be creative and generate ideas and understand what it is for;
• experience working with numbers, analytics - you are not afraid of them and are responsible for the result;
• you have English from B2;
• you like online education and want to develop the market together with us.
