Responsibilities
— Planning, setting up, optimizing and launching new advertising campaigns;

— Creating accounts on advertising platforms and concluding direct deals;

— Conducting A/B tests and increasing conversion rates;

— Creating monthly/quarterly media buying plans ;

— Develop a new traffic flow (landings, pre-landings, etc.);

— Conduct market research and analyze new flows;

— Fulfillment of set KPIs;< /p>

— Search and testing of new strategies and geographical regions;

— Generation of ideas for creatives and production of TK on them;

— Support of relations with current partners.

Requirements

— From 2 years of experience as a Media Buyer;

— Experience in the Dating niche;
— Experience with display traffic (networks, pushes, pops, etc.); , CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV); 

— Skills of working with tracking systems;

— Experience of working with various traffic purchase models (CPI, CPL, CPM, CPC, CPA);

— Skills work with large budgets and a large amount of data;

— Knowledge of Excel at the middle+ level;

— Skills in evaluating and analyzing traffic and conversions;

— Initiative, generation and implementation of new ideas;

— Self-organization and the ability to effectively plan work;

— Responsibility, analytical thinking.
