Senior marketing manager (wow projects, national promotion) in Silpo

Silpo's marketing office invites a Senior marketing manager (wow projects and national promotion) to its team!

Your main responsibilities will be:

• development of existing wow-projects and development of projects from "scratch";
• planning, organization and launch of national children's actions / wow-projects in Silpo;
• search and implementation of new ideas for wow-projects and national promotions, creation of new national promotions and wow-projects;
• development of promotions products and branded merch;
• concept creation, Key Visual. Development and implementation of an internal and external communications plan;
• setting tasks and coordinating the work of creative agencies;
• coordination of external and internal communications on wow-projects;
• creative design of wow-projects and national promotion in stores;
• participation in the formation of the financial model of the promotion, timeline, budgeting, pricing, analysis of the performance of the promotion.

For work you will need:

• higher education (marketing, advertising);
• work experience as an event manager, marketer, advertising / PR specialist, brand manager, project manager - from 3 years;
• experience of launching large-scale projects (WOW events, national promotions, etc.) in turnkey retail (from idea to performance analysis), knowledge of the market and players in retail;
• experience management of projects for the development and launch of goods for sale;
• excellent organizational skills, the ability to coordinate the work of various company services, set clear tasks (design, production, etc.) and get results;
• experience of interaction with related services (creatives, designers, copywriters): setting technical tasks and evaluating creative materials for compliance with set goals;
• project management skills;
• ability to coordinate the work of various company services, ability to set clear tasks (design, production);
• < li style="font-weight: 400">excellent organizational skills, experience in managing projects for the development and production of advertising materials, financial literacy;
• excellent MS Office skills . Photoshop, Illustrator - will be an advantage;
• knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level.
