The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing website and visual communications, bringing creativity and technical expertise to the digital presence of the company. An essential part of this role will be adapting and applying new brand guidelines across all marketing assets, ensuring consistency and cohesion in every format and channel.In this role you’ll:Lead the design and visual development of the marketing websiteApply new brand guidelines to all marketing materials to ensure a consistent visual identity.Lead the design and creation of marketing materials, such as digital ads, landing pages, social media graphics, presentations, and sales enablement materials.Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in A/B testing of design elements, optimizing visuals based on performance data to enhance engagement and conversion rates.About you:3+ years of experience in a similar design role, ideally with previous experience in a SaaS product company.Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and experience in web design and digital marketing assets.Solid understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design best practices.Proven experience in applying and adapting brand guidelines across a variety of digital and print formats.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality, consistent visuals across channels.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.Why this role:Remote role, operating in Kyiv time zone (also there's an office in Kyiv)Paid annual leave and sick leave.Flexible work schedule (Monday-Friday).Modern equipment (M1 MacBook) and home office setup support.Be part of a fast-growing, young, and innovative team!Please share your portfolio if you're interested!
