We are currently looking for a Senior marketer who shares our corporate values and wants to rapidly develop in our team.

Our profile is an expert who will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategy, brand development, digital presence and effective management of the marketing team.

Senior marketer will be engaged in the following tasks:

• Formation and implementation of the Company's marketing strategy (online and offline); and marketing budget control;
• Development of digital channels: website, social networks, mobile application, email, content;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI, CPL, CAC, etc.);
• Cooperation with sales, product and service departments;
• Development of the Company brand and communications with clients.

The filter for this position will be:

• 3+ years of marketing experience in the financial or insurance sector will be an advantage!;
• Team or project management experience;
• Deep understanding of digital tools: targeted advertising (Meta, Google Ads), analytics (Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Analytics), SMM, content marketing, email marketing;
• Ability to work with performance indicators and analytics;
• Strategic thinking and result orientation;
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
