Experience:At least 5-year experience in delivering economic studies and market analysis, such as socio-economic analysis, industry analysis, macro-economic analysis, critical infrastructure analysis, investment analysis etc. Experience working for a donor-funded project or implementing partner would be a plus. Experience with Ukrainian central or local government would be a plus. Proven expertise in project management, planning and coordination. Qualifications and skills:Clear passion for contributing to economic reforms and recovery activities. University degree in public administration, economics, engineering or finance; Master’s degree is preferred. Strong analytical skills. Strong organisational and management skills. Understanding of local and national social and economic context. Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with different private and public sector stakeholders. Ability to work in a multinational and dynamic environment. Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel.
