Within Supply the ‘Strategic Projects Management’ team has been formed to raise the standards of project management across the entire department, lead the way by managing the largest and most impactful projects, develop a governance framework by which to plan, run and report all significant projects going forward and ensure the upskilling of everyone involved in project work.In This Role, You’ll Get ToSupport the Strategic Project Management team as well as the Supply senior leadership team in decision-making on various topic through:Collect data and information from various sources using various Business Intelligence, ticketing tools, research, and interviewsConducting qualitative and quantitative business analysisDevelop framework, validate, and convince various stakeholders both within supply team and cross functionCreate presentations to facilitate discussion and decision makingDefine success metrics for the project and kick off project with relevant stakeholdersDevelop dashboard and tools for tracking the result and define areas to improveExecute projects with the relevant stakeholders and identify risk and mitigation along the projectWhat You’ll Need To Succeed (Must Have)A bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in a business or quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance)Minimum 6+ years of experience working preferably in a top-tier consulting firms and international the companiesA high level of proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially in Excel and PowerpointStrong analytical skills on both qualitative and quantitative aspectsStrong organizational skills along with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and balance the demands of many high-level stakeholders under time pressureAn agile self-starter mentality and the ability to learn fast, react quickly and find a way to organize yourself and others in fast-paced environmentThe interpersonal skills to interact professionally with stakeholders at Director level and aboveExcellent oral and written communication skills (in English), including the ability to report project updates clearly and succinctly to different levels of the management hierarchyThe drive, speed and creativity to not only execute given tasks, but proactively come up with your own ideas and create improvements for everyoneThe willingness to learn about project management, data manipulation and visualization tools and to propose the best ways of working with them.
