Senior manager-analyst of the credit process for medium and small businesses in Lugera Ukraine

What will you do in the position?

• Analyze and evaluate credit processes in the organization to identify areas for improvement and optimization .
• Collaborate with teams to collect and analyze process data.
• Build and describe credit processes.
• Identify trends and implementation paths.
• Conduct a systematic analysis of compliance with the requirements of legislation and internal policies.
• Organize monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI) and prepare reports to track operational efficiency and identify problem areas.
• Provide recommendations for improving credit processes and assist in the implementation of initiatives.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement of credit processes.

What location and schedule ? 

• Office work
• from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mon-Fri
  

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Higher economic education.
• High level of knowledge of the English language .
• Experience as a credit process analyst or a similar position in the banking or financial services industry.
• Skills in creating regulatory documents, including the ability to qualitatively, concisely and simply describe complex processes and requirements.
• Skills in collecting, interpreting and analyzing complex data sets.
• Experience with process analysis tools and software.
• Problem solving and decision making skills , attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience successfully implementing credit process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and manage several projects at the same time.
