As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented business analyst for credit processes for enterprises.

 Future challenges:

- analyze and evaluate credit processes in the organization to identify areas for improvement and optimization;

- collaborate with teams to collect and analyze process data;

- build and describe credit processes;

- determine trends and ways of implementation;

- conduct a systematic analysis of compliance with legislation and internal policy;

- organize monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI) and prepare reports to track operational effectiveness and identification of problem areas;

- provide recommendations on improving credit processes and help in the implementation of initiatives

- stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement of credit processes.

We are looking for a specialist who has:

- work experience as a credit process analyst or a similar position in the banking sector or the financial services industry;

- skills in creating regulatory documents, including the ability to qualitatively, concisely and simply describe complex processes and requirements;

- skills to collect, interpret and analyze complex data sets;

- work experience with process analysis tools and software;

- problem-solving and decision-making abilities, attention to detail;

- strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;

- experience of successful implementation of credit process improvement initiatives;

- ability to work independently and manage several projects at the same time.

Example of responsibilities:

1. Description of the process of setting the overdraft limit in simple and understandable language (stages of the process, participants, risks, controls, etc.);
2. Analysis of changes in legislation, the market and implementation of changes in bank processes according to the resolution of the NBU No. 125;
3. Analysis of the efficiency of credit operations (measurement of process indicators – process length, time spent by process participants, % of errors and defects, level of customer satisfaction, etc.);
4. Implementation of actions to simplify the process of approving a loan secured by cash;
5. Development of business requirements and technical tasks for the development of the process of providing a credit offer online;
6. Provision of consulting support by bank employees in credit transaction processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

1. Higher education: economics;
2. analytical abilities, ability to analyze and structure large volumes of information;
3. work experience in the field of document development / construction of business processes ;
4. experience in credit operations of medium and small businesses;
5. proficiency in English at the intermediate level (highly desirable).
