Senior Learning and development Specialist in Everstar

One of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices, which improves the effectiveness of combat operations.

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving working processes.

Now the department Learning and development is expanding, so we are looking forSeniorLearning and Development Specialist, who will strengthen the team in building professional training for production and R&D

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in the field of training and development of 3 years or more
• Confident communication skills, ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization;
• Understanding HR processes: adaptation, training and development, motivation, performance evaluation;
• System thinking, the ability to see the whole picture and proactively solve problems;
• High level of organization and stress resistance;
• Ability to work with a large number of tasks at the same time, skillfully prioritizing;
• Knowledge of the English language (B1+);
• Experience in creating electronic courses.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordination of learning English in the company
• Assistance in the construction of the Performance management system
• Assistance in the creation and implementation of the adaptation system
• Determining the needs in training, organization of training events of various formats for employees and management — assessment of skills and development of training programs
• Help in selecting courses for employees to develop their Soft and Hard skills
• Selection of trainers and coaches
• Support online and offline events
• Maintenance of the internal calendar of educational events and development of the corporate library
• Creating electronic courses (e-learning)
• LMS Administration
