Senior/Lead Data Analyst (DАTA Directorate) in PrivatBank

Purpose of the position: collection, processing and analysis of large volumes of data from various sources, using statistical methods and analytical tools. Development of interactive dashboards and reports to ensure convenient monitoring of key business indicators. Providing analytical decision support for different departments of the company, helping them to choose the best course of action.

Main duties:

• Performing analysis of available data to identify trends, patterns and possible deviations
• Find patterns and explain events using data
• Create reports
• Set up alerts for thresholds and escalations
• Develop data pipelines and interactive dashboards using tools data visualization
• Maintenance and optimization of existing dashboards and processes
• Automation of A/B test analysis and evaluation of results
• Identification of requirements, needs and problems of the business customer
• Presentation of reports and analysis results to stakeholders, as well as explanation of the insights found
• Automation and optimization of regular SQL queries
• Statistical analysis

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (technical, IT will be an advantage)
• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or related positions BA/SA
• 3+ years of experience with BI tools (eg PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Qlik)
• 3+ years of experience with databases (SQL)
• 1+ years of team management experience

• Experience in creating presentations
• Understanding the basics of statistics and data analysis
• Ability to work with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Python, etc.)
• li>Ability to build data pipelines, ETL processes
• Ability to manage a team of analysts, set direction, train and improve their skills
• Proactivity and leadership qualities
• Knowledge of the English language at the level of Intermediate (B1)+
