Labor Relations professionals provides support for a suite of activities—these employees are critical liaisons between HR, Employment Law, and Legal. A Labor Relations colleague should possess excellent communication and diplomacy skills as well as an understanding of applicable local labor laws and regulatory requirements. The role requires deft prioritization, time management, and stakeholder engagement while working across a myriad of projects with competing deadlines.Reponsibilities:Ensures all employer-employee relationships in the organization comply with individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and the organization's employment policies and standards.Provide support to Employment Legal and CHROs on employment litigation processes.Partner with the Employment Legal, ICRM and Country Legal teams to respond to Labor authorities or regulators on employment matters.Translate external/internal labor counsel labor law / regulations and into changes impacting the workplace; monitor changes in labor law to advise management; work with HR International Controls team on Regulatory change management. Employee Handbook amendments and policy dissemination.Support CHRO for employee supporting program for the period of martial law.Documentation support of prolonging and obtaining required documents for foreign employees.Deputize for CHRO as required.Third Party management, Non employees management for HR department.Cover local language requirements on corporate initiatives.Support Issue & CAP management.Support dismissal processes, redundancy calculations, tax impact, cases preparation (dismissal letters, separation agreements, communication etc.) in consultation with Employment Legal.Ensure adherence to key country employment regulations as required, including working time directive, time and absence laws, leave types, collective bargaining agreements, equality plans, salary registrations, disability employment, military- bookkeeping.Support global and regional projects in line with local labor law.Record management framework.Administration of Internship program.Support Year – End process from a franchise aspectSupport local learning and development activities as per country.COB coordinator for HR department.Participate in Pan-European projects as required to support professional development and personal growth.Update of policies, procedures, regulations of HR department.Knowledge/Experience: Minimum 6+ years HR Generalist experience, preferably in a global/complex/matrix organization.Ukrainian mother tongueVery good usage of English languageLocal labor law knowledgeRelevant HR experienceDemonstrate Initiative and autonomy in the working environmentDegree in Business, Human Resources Management or related discipline.Development Value:This is an opportunity to take a leadership role within Citi’s HR Operating model.
