Requirements:

• Practical work experience of 5+ years in development of web applications, including at least 3 years in Java using Quarkus;
• Experience of successfully using cloud platforms at work;
• Practical skills of working with Kubernetes;
• Experience of working with ElasticSearch;
• Own message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka;
• Sound knowledge of relational databases;
• Experience in creating REST API;
• Development and implementation of microservices;
• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and modern CI/CD methods.

Responsibilities:

• Development of a highly available and scalable backend part of the project;
• Selection and implementation of technological solutions in accordance with business needs;
• Development and optimization of the project architecture ;
• Support and development of microservices and product APIs;
• Interaction with front-end developers, testers and other participants project;
• Work review and mentoring of colleagues as needed.

It will be a plus:

• Experience of full-stack development (React and Next.js);
• Practical experience of using Hetzner Cloud;
• Confident command of Kafka;
• Prprofessional experience with PostgreSQL;
• Experience using KeyCloak and Gatekeeper;
• Ability to create backend solutions from scratch;
• Experience in startups.
