Desired professional experience of the candidate:
- Understanding Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0)
- Understanding and experience working with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, etc.)
- Understanding ELK Stack logging and tracing systems: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana
- Knowledge of Java Script
- Skills for working with Gitlab, Jira
What to do on the project:
- Processing of requests from the first line in accordance with accepted regulations
- Investigate and provide analysis to correct application/configuration issues (misconfiguration/denial of services, etc.), support rollout/deploy of fixes to Pro environment
- Communicate with customer and by representatives of integrated services on tasks
- Communication with the development team on tasks
- Handling errors based on user requests

- What is the work schedule? - the schedule is flexible, depending on the team, from about 10th to 19th, usually everyone works at this time. At the same time, we understand if you need to move the working hours, you just need to notify the team
- Is it possible to work remotely? — yes, we have a hybrid format, so you can mix work from the office and at home as you like.
- Number of vacation days? — 24 calendar days + company holidays
- Number of paid sick days per year? — 5 hospital days per year without a doctor's note. With the certificate, the number of days is not limited. But, of course, it is better not to get sick)

- Stage 2 - technical interview with part of the team - we focus on standard, fairly "objective" questions to understand the technical level of knowledge and familiarity with technologies (Head of PM, HR)< /li>
